What is it?

'Challenges in Pan-European Tax & Legal Issues' is a two-days course led by senior lawyers from SJ Berwin, Clifford Chance and Travers Smith Braithwaite, three of the leading law firms in European Private Equity. This course provides a pan-European perspective on the different tax and legal issues and consequent challenges faced by private equity professionals during the life cycle of a fund. It will start on Tuesday evening with a networking cocktail and dinner, the whole of Wednesday and Thursday morning will be dedicated to the different modules of the course and Q&A sessions.
